The error: An internal error occurred during: "Fetching the diff data". Java heap space

Steps to reproduce:

1. start eclipse 2. ran a synchronize and updated 10 or so change sets (just did a update all) 3. ‘show history’ on a file (around 4kb) 4. Double click on the earlier revision to show differences

Updated to heap space to 600MB and same problem.

We've tried this with 1.7.0 and 1.7.1, and have reverted back to 1.6.0, where we haven't seen the issue (yet).

running mercurial version 1.7.2.
