Description
Currently the synchronize view shows incoming and outgoing changesets for the current branch only. In my experience developers assume it applies to all branches. For example if you are on a feature branch and you want to merge with latest default, people expect to be able to just synchronize to see what is incoming.

Add an option in Synchronize view for this "Show changeset for current branch" and "Show changeset for all branches". Default should be all branches.
